Week 1:  “Lego Land”                                                              June 12th – June 16th

Campers will power up their engineering skills and travel to “Lego Land” where they will embark in several challenging, but fun, Lego building projects. 


Session 2: “Enchanted Forest”                                              June 19th – June 23rd 

Campers take a trip to the enchanted forest where fairy tales, mystical creatures, and make believe take over all activities this week.   


Session 3: “Lights, Camera, Action”                                     June 26th – June 30th

It’s all about being the center of attention this week.  Drama matters in this exciting session where campers get a chance to experience their artistic abilities related to production, acting, and set design.   


Session 4: “Minions on Duty”                                                       July 3rd – July 7th

Embark in a minion scavenger hunt, create minion slime, and so much more with this Despicable Me themed week.  To top off this silly week campers take a trip to see the new Despicable Me 3 movie in theaters. 


Session 5: “Bon-Appetite”                                                         July 10th – July 14th

You’re never too young to learn to cook like a chef.  This week campers will learn through hands on experiences as they get down and dirty with kitchen science. 


Session 6: “Invention, Convention”                                         July 17th – July 21st

What’s your passion?  Art, fashion, design…  This week is your chance to discover what makes you tick.  Explore your creative side and experience what your imagination can bring to life. 


Session 7: “Star Wars Expedition Week”                                 July 24th – July 28th

May the force be with you as you enroll in the Jedi Training Academy.  Discover your strengths as you get a chance to battle it out with light sabers, pass the Star Wars obstacle course, and destroy a death star.  You won’t want to miss this action packed adventurous week!


Session 8: “Bon Voyage”                                                       July 31st – August 4th

Pack your bags campers!  This week we say goodbye to summer vacation and create a summer scrapbook.  You will also learn the essentials of map making and how to travel using a compass.  Make sure you’re prepared because you never know what foreign land you will be traveling to on your “Bon Voyage” travels.    


Registration and Fees for Service

Registration Process: A non-refundable $30 fee along with the registration form must be turned in before registration can be completed.   

Enrollment:  Upon registration you must sign your child up for a half day or full day and enroll them by session or specific dates..  If you wish for your child to attend a day that they have not previously signed up for then you will have to call the office to confirm that there is a spot for them.

Monday – Friday  8:00 am – 6:00 pm


Full Day Fee:

8:00 am – 6:00 pm


Half Day Full Wk:

Morning:  8:00 am – 1:00 pm or Afternoon:  1:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Sliding Fee Application and Sibling Discount:  To see if you qualify for a reduced fee or discount please call the office at (661) 245-3139. 

Absences:  If your child is absent on a day that they are signed up for please call the office to let staff know that they will not be attending on that day.  You will be billed for all of the pre-enrolled days regardless of whether or not your child attends.

Payments:  Billing will take place on the following days.  Failure to make a payment by the due date may result in the loss of your child’s spot in the program.

Summer Camp Policies and Procedures

June 13th – August 4th   8:00am – 6:00pm


Summer Camp Enrollment:  You must submit registration forms along with a $30 registration fee to hold your spot for Summer Camp.  Spaces are limited.


Sign-In / Sign-Out Procedures:  All members must sign-in upon arrival with member’s group leader or administrative staff.  Students may not just be dropped off.   Parent/guardian must also check-out the member with their group leader or administrative staff.


Early Drop-Off Policy:   Members who are dropped off between 7:30 am – 8:00 am will be charged a $5 fee per day.


Late Pick-up Policy:  Our Club closes at 6:00 pm.  There is a 5 minute grace period, following the grace period you will be billed $1 for every minute your child is not picked up after 6:05 pm.


Phone Policy:  Please limit calling your children at the Club to Emergencies ONLY.   If you would like to leave a message for your child we will be happy to give it to them.


Payments:  The Boys & Girls Club of Frazier Mountain accepts the following forms of payment: cash, check.  When writing a check, please make it payable to Boys & Girls Club of Frazier Mtn.  Please include your child’s first and last name on the check to ensure proper accounting.


Camp Fees:  Invoices will be made available on Friday and must be paid in full by the Monday proceeding the next week of attendance.  Failure to pay may result in the loss of your child’s spot in the program.


Refunds:  Payments are non-refundable.


Discipline Guidelines:  Members who do not follow the Club Code of Conduct will be disciplined as stated in the Disciplinary Guidelines.  There are no refunds for members who are suspended or expelled from Summer Camp.


Field Trips:  Field trips are on a first-come first-serve basis, NO exceptions:  Payment for field trips must be paid in full by the deadline indicated on the permission slip.


Personal Items:  Please do not allow your child to bring toys, electronics, or other personal items from home.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.


Snack/Lunch:  There will be one morning snack and one afternoon snack provided each day.  Club members are responsible for bringing their own lunches. 


Dress Code:  Members are required to wear close-toed shoes.  Members are encouraged to bring a towel, sandals, bathing suit or extra clothes, and their own sun screen for water play days.
