It is very important that each child does his/her best on the exams so we get an accurate picture of individual and school-wide progress from year to year.

A few things you can do to ensure that your child performs his/her best during
testing are as follows:
                 Be on time!
    •  Be sure your child has a nutritious breakfast each morning. It is hard for students to           focus on testing if they are hungry.
    • Send a nutritious snack with your child to give him/her an energy boost at break.
    • See that your child gets enough sleep. Children need at least 10 hours per night!
    •  Make sure your child arrives to school on time every day during testing. Avoid           scheduling doctor or dentist appointments during school hours that week.
    •  Try to maintain a relaxed atmosphere at home so children don’t stress about testing. We want them to do their best, but not to feel stressed or scared about testing.

If you have further questions about testing, please feel free to contact the school office or your child’s teacher. We look forward to a productive testing week, allowing all students to achieve to their full potentials.

                                            Come and see your child's
schoolwork and projects and enjoy some food with family.

                                                               Thursday, May 30th
                    All classrooms will be open from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Take a night off from cooking and enjoy                                                             our famous pizza dinner and bake sale.
                                                5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Baked goods can be dropped off in the office May 30th

Regarding Transitional Kindergarten:
