Congratulations to our employee of the month at Frazier Park Elementary, Mrs. Cristine Orona-Zigler, yard duty.

As one of our yard duties, Cristine is committed to our students’ safety. She diligently keeps a watchful eye watching the students play and interact with each other. Her proactive approach to resolving conflicts and her ability to foster positive relationships among students are truly commendable. No matter how crazy it can get sometimes, she always has a smile on her face. Cristine’s kindness, patience, and dedication make her a great part of our Bobcat family.

Congratulations to our employee of the month at Frazier Park Elementary, Ms. Heather Sibley, SDC special education teacher.

Heather consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication and commitment to the students she works with. Her passion shines through as she fosters an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student is thriving. She ensures that each child, through individualized and group support and with encouragement, works towards reaching their fullest potential.

Without any hesitation and with a smile, Heather took on additional students (previous students) as we were searching for a new special education teacher. She brings so much value to our work environment. We are fortunate to have her on the Bobcat team!

Congratulations to our employee of the month at Frazier Park Elementary, Mrs. Shanda Jones, school secretary.
Shanda always approaches her job in a professional and dedicated manner. She is always willing to assist in whatever is requested, and she does it with a smile. Shanda has done an excellent job in creating new procedures, such as tracking independent study packets and analyzing overall attendance. She greets visitors to the school with enthusiasm and will do what it takes to help with their questions or needs. Recently, she has stepped up to the plate to cover our student success facilitator’s responsibilities during their absence and, if needed, will put in extra time to see that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. She is certainly an asset to our office staff and to our Bobcat team.

Congratulations to our employee of the month at Frazier Park Elementary, Mrs. Mary Hon, Reading Interventionist Specialist.

We are proud to recognize Mary Hon, our reading interventionist specialist, for her commitment to fostering literacy skills. Her innovative teaching approach has significantly contributed to the overall improvement of reading abilities within our school community. Mary goes above and beyond, creating a positive and engaging learning environment that truly inspires students to excel. She incorporates a variety of strategies to help meet the needs of all the students she works with. Feedback from the teachers is that they are seeing the students transferring the skills taught in the classroom. We are fortunate to have her as a valuable member of our Bobcat team.

Congratulations to our employee of the month at Frazier Park Elementary, Ms. Makayla McCune, SPED II Aide.

Makayla is a dedicated and compassionate Special ED Aide II. She has an unwavering commitment to supporting students who have diverse learning needs as well as physical disabilities. Makayla will go above and beyond to ensure that these students work towards independence. Her support of the teacher does not go unnoticed and she is very resourceful and adapts methods to help meet the needs of the students. She can be counted on to cover shifts of her colleagues when they are out. You can tell she loves what she does and the passion she possesses is well received by the students she serves. We are proud to have her as part of Frazier Park School’s team.

Justine’s approach to learning clearly shows her unwavering commitment to her students, innovative teaching methods, and the ability to inspire them. Her passion for teaching and willingness to go the extra mile does not go unnoticed. As you step through the doorway of her classroom, you are greeted with a sense of calm and comfort and students eager to learn and participate. Justine brings out the best in all of her students. As a member of our Bobcat team, her collaborative nature, hard work, and dedication contributes to the success and positive atmosphere of our school.

Lucy is one of those unsung heroes at our school. She works tirelessly to ensure that we have a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, parents, and the community. Lucy takes pride in all that she does. There’s nothing she won’t do when asked, and she does it with a smile. She is dependable and will go the extra mile. Lucy is a testament to the principle that every role in a school plays a vital part in nurturing a positive learning environment. We are proud to have her at our school.

Susan always looks for ways to go above and beyond for her students. She has established a safe and caring learning environment and her students respond well to her. She can be seen providing creative activities for her students that are stimulating, encourage inquiry, and active participation. Susan is a team player and collaborates well with all of our staff. She offers contributions/solutions that always centers on what’s best for our students and school. We are proud to have Susan on our team.

Elerina approaches her job with enthusiasm and professionalism. She plays a crucial role in helping maintain the operation and does it with enthusiasm and professionalism. She has exceptional organizational skills, and when asked to do something she accepts the task eagerly. She greets our parents and staff with a smile on her face, and her easy-going demeanor is welcomed by all. Elerina is good at anticipating things that need to be done and does so with efficiency. She is the glue between the staff and administration, and we are lucky to have her as part of the Bobcat family.
