Mrs. Dominguez’s kindergarteners had a blast completing their apple taste test and graphing activity! After sampling red, green, and yellow apples on Friday, students recorded their favorites and built a colorful graph to show the results. They loved seeing their choices come to life while practicing important math skills like counting, comparing, and analyzing data.
The learning didn’t stop there. Students also made scientific observations, noting how apples are alike and different. In language arts, we stretched our vocabulary by using descriptive words like sweet, sour, crunchy, and juicy to share our ideas more clearly.
This hands-on project kept students engaged, curious, and excited to learn across subjects—all while discovering how much fun apples can be!
