Excitement filled the air on the blacktop as our school community kicked off Diagnostic III with an unforgettable i-Ready pep rally designed to motivate students to show what they know. Thanks to the creativity and leadership of third grade teacher Mrs. Page, the event was packed with energy, school spirit, and plenty of Bobcat pride.
Each grade level took the spotlight, presenting their own unique and spirited cheers to rally their peers. The blacktop echoed with enthusiasm as students cheered one another on, building confidence and excitement for the upcoming diagnostic. Teachers joined in the fun, walking through the crowd with colorful signs displaying encouraging messages, reminding students to give their very best effort.
Setting the tone for unity and celebration, the song “We Are Family” played in the background, creating a joyful atmosphere that brought everyone together. To close out the rally, students were invited to dance, celebrating their readiness before heading back to their classrooms energized and inspired.
The excitement continued as students learned about fun incentives to keep them motivated throughout the testing window. Classes that achieve 100% attendance on any given day will be rewarded with extra recess—always a student favorite! In addition, classes that maintain 100% attendance for the entire two weeks of testing will celebrate with an ice cream sundae party.
It was truly an amazing event—creative, uplifting, and a clear reflection of a school community that believes in its students. One thing is certain: our Bobcats are ready!
