We’re still beaming with excitement as we share the highlights from our incredible Book Blast Celebration on November 6!
Our entire school gathered for a special afternoon seated in a big circle, surrounded by the amazing new books students received to build their home libraries. Thanks to the generous donations from our wonderful parents, family members, and friends, we raised an outstanding $10,000!
The students could hardly contain their excitement as they unwrapped their brand-new books, and the smiles on their faces were truly priceless.
Adding to the fun, we crowned our treasure chest winner, and we’re thrilled to announce that Kayla Ajpop Zerapio, a first-grade student, took home the grand prize!
A very special thank you goes to Mrs. Mary Hon, our reading intervention specialist, who coordinated the efforts that helped make this second book blast event such a huge success. We are grateful for her dedication and hard work!
The best part of all? Every student is now heading home with books they are eager to read—stories they can’t wait to dive into, explore, and enjoy.
