Somewhere Over the Rainbow: ELOP Drama Students Shine in The Wizard of Oz

Students in the ELOP drama program recently wowed audiences with an outstanding performance of The Wizard of Oz. After weeks of rehearsals and hard work, students proudly took the stage in front of parents; teachers; and classmates, bringing the classic story to life with confidence, creativity, and excitement.

From Dorothy and Toto to the Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Cowardly Lion, students gave memorable performances that kept the audience smiling and applauding throughout the show. Their teamwork, dedication, and enthusiasm were evident in every scene.

ELOP drama coach Mrs. Cristine Orona-Zigler shared how proud she was of the students and the effort they put into the production. “Watching our students grow in confidence throughout this play has been incredibly rewarding. They worked hard, supported one another, and truly gave their best during every rehearsal and performance,” said Mrs. Orona-Zigler.

Parents and staff were thrilled to see the students showcase their talents and celebrate the success of the program. The performance highlighted not only students’ creativity and acting abilities, but also the confidence and teamwork they developed along the way.

Congratulations to all of our student performers, and a special thank you to Mrs. Cristine Orona-Zigler for making this unforgettable production possible.
