Sweet, Sour, Crunchy, Juicy—Apple Learning Fun!

Mrs. Dominguez’s kindergarten class recently wrapped up an exciting apple graphing project! After participating in a hands-on apple taste test, students used their results to create a colorful class graph showing how many preferred red, green, or yellow apples.

This engaging activity brought math to life as students counted, compared, and analyzed real data from their own experiences. It also connected to science, where they explored the similarities and differences between apple varieties. In English Language Arts, students practiced using vivid descriptive words—like sweet, sour, crunchy, and juicy—to express their ideas clearly.
